This is the Service Centre at Amsterdam Central station. From the start there were a few problems, because it's unclear where to go when you arrive as a visitor. Now they put up an extra message board that says: 'please take a queue number' .

The 'Service Centre' in Amsterdam is the opposite of what it's shiny design promises to be: it is not efficient, it's a chaos, they don't help you, they let you wait for an extreme long time and if it's your turn, they don't give you service but a evil look and you pay extra. The Service Centre should be forbidden!
