01-11-2008 Haarlem, shark at the fish market

At the fish market, the Botermarkt, we bought some lovely fish (not this shark but mugil) and Ole baked it in the oven. Scroll down for the recipe.

Ingredients:

- onions
- garlic
-breadcrumbs
- fresh thyme
- carrots
- pepper and salt

Cut the onions and mix it with 50 grams of butter, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, thyme and carrots. Push 2/3 of this mixture inside the mugils.

Than put both fish into an oven dish and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Open the oven and put the rest of the mixture on top of the fishes. Bake for another 15 minutes. And enjoy this delicious dinner with a fruity white wine.
