Today I tried a new way of making taco's: with lamb.

500 grams of lamb meat
1 onion
2 paprika
2 gloves of garlic
2 tsp of coriander
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sugar
one can of lentils

taco shells
rocket salad
2 tomato's
Turkish yogurt
Fresh coriander leaves

Cut the lamb in small pieces and bake it shortly in a little oil together with the onions, paprika, garlic, cumin, coriander, sugar, chili and salt.

When the lamb is cooked, mix it with the lentils and warm it for an extra 5 minutes.

Warm the taco shells and serve the meat with the tomato's, salad, fresh coriander and the yogurt.
